More of the Same

Spent all day working on getting ATR straightened out. Still no word from the analyst on cost. Phooey on her. We're moving on. Or I'm moving on, I should say. Today even the graphic designer was out of the office. Just me, myself, and I. But Jon had a good excuse. Last night his wife was in a head-on collision with a drunk. She had the babies with her. Everyone is OK, but Jon thinks the car is a total loss. I'm sure he was at home today working with insurance companies.
And so I worked on ATR. And the more I worked on it, the more inconsistencies I found. I finally had to quit and put it away. This is painting/carpeting night and I still had half of my desk to empty, a computer to disconnect and relocate, a phone to disconnect and relocate, and a bulletin board and picture to remove.
I have handbell practice in 45 minutes and then choir. I'm soooo tired and sleepy that it is tempting to stay home. Can't do it. We're playing bells this Sunday in both services. Gotta practice. But a nap sounds sooooo enticing.
Had lunch with Renate today. We drove over to Farmer's Mkt and ate Greek. I love gyros! Then had to stop by a bakery for her to pick up a cake. Someone in their department was getting married this afternoon. At work. Literally. We have no shortage of preachers in our company, so one of them was going to marry the couple and then they'd have a small reception there in the office.
Gotta run.
